I made these note pads a couple weeks ago. I took a letter-sized pad of paper and had Staples cut it in half length-wise and covered it w/ cardstock like a book, wrapped the top of the note pad in coordinating paper and decorated the fronts. I also made mini versions of these for my girlfriends at Christmas, but never took pics of them. I have a few that I made for Valentine's Day that I'll post soon.

I love that pink paper- it's just like the frame you made me that's green! Where did you buy that paper?
